Shipping and returns
MONTKUSH offers free ground shipping on orders over $75. On orders less than that within the U.S., cost of shipping will be determined at checkout. Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at 802-868-1001.

- Refunded renewal orders for subscriptions canceled after the delivery date will be required to pay return shipping to receive a full refund.
- We offer a 30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee for new customers. However, this guarantee can only be applied to one item. In cases where multiple items are purchased, the refund will apply to the item of lesser value. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of shipment delivery.
Refund Policy Guidelines
All MONTKUSH products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for new customers. This guarantee applies to only one item. In cases where multiple items are purchased, the refund will apply to the item of lesser value. The guarantee is based on the delivery date as provided by the shipper. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com or your Sales Representative. They will provide you with shipping instructions for any unopened products and a return authorization (RA) number. All sales are considered final after 30 days from the date of delivery.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
MONTKUSH will issue exchanges for any products delivered damaged, broken if part of your order is missing. You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of damaged products must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages
As an ecommerce business that ships orders, we take pride in delivering our products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. However, we understand that packages can be lost or stolen during transit. Therefore, we have implemented the following terms and conditions regarding lost or stolen packages:
Customers must report any lost or stolen packages to us within 30 days of placing the order. In order to report a lost or stolen package, customers must contact us via email or phone and provide us with their order number and any relevant information about the lost or stolen package.
If a lost or stolen package is reported within the 30-day period, we will investigate the matter and work with our shipping partners to locate the package. If the package cannot be located, we will replace the lost or stolen product(s) at no additional cost to the customer.
However, if a lost or stolen package is not reported within the 30-day period, we will not be able to replace the product(s) or provide a refund. Therefore, we strongly encourage our customers to report any lost or stolen packages as soon as possible to ensure a timely resolution to the issue.
