Shipping and returns
MONTKUSH offers free ground shipping on orders over $75. On orders less than that within the U.S., cost of shipping will be determined at checkout. Ground shipping generally takes 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at 802-868-1999.

- Refunded renewal orders for subscriptions canceled after the delivery date will be required to pay return shipping to receive a full refund.
- We offer a 30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee for new customers. Requests must be made within 30 days of shipment delivery.
Refund Policy Guidelines
All MONTKUSH products come with a 30-day, money-back guarantee for a new customers based on the delivery date as provide by the shipper. To receive a refund, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com or your Sales Representative. They will provide you with shipping instructions for any unopend products and a return authorization (RA) number. All sales are considered final after 30 days from the date of delivery.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
MONTKUSH will issue exchanges for any products delivered damaged, broken if part of your order is missing. You must notify the Company within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of damaged products must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org A replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval.
