Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.
Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S. For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Time: Ground shipping typically takes up to 7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door.
Shipping Restrictions: Please note, we currently do not ship to the following locations:
- Nebraska, Idaho, South Dakota
- U.S. Territories, such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and other non-state islands.

We take pride in timely and efficient deliveries. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please follow these guidelines:

Report any lost or stolen packages within 30 days of placing your order.
Contact us via email or phone, providing your order number and relevant details.
If the package cannot be located, we will replace the lost or stolen product(s) at no additional cost.
Reports made after 30 days will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
